OUT OF COUNTY COST: $325.00 MUST BE 18 Years of age or over to attend PPE REQUIRED: Turnout Gear, no SCBA for practical days. DESCRIPTION: This program gives Firefighters the basics needed to properly operate a pump and a fire department engine. The program is based on the IFSTA Pumping Apparatus Driver/Operator Handbook. Students will leave the program with the knowledge of how water is supplied and distributed on the fire ground. The class is both lecture and hands-on in nature.
