DESCRIPTION: Participants will learn how to prepare a landing zone for a “LifeFlight” landing both during the day and night. EMT participants will learn how to package the patient for air transport as well as when to call for “LifeFlight.” At the conclusion of the presentation, participants will set-up an actual landing zone for NorthStar to land. Note: If NorthStar has a call they may not land.
