Prerequisite: Vehicle Rescue Awareness & Operations Level
Description: This 12 hour course will present the student with various unusual rescue scenarios ranging from simple finger ring removals to complex limb entrapments in machinery. The rescue and treatment of impaled objects will aslo be covered. This course combnes a classroom lecture followed by a full session of practical exercises. This course will help agencies obtain "Technician Level" training for their personal NFPA 1670 and Level II training for the indivisual rescuer per NFPA 1006. PPE: Technical Rescue or Firefighter
