Description:This program will review the unique hazards of urban floodwater rescue operations as defined in NFPA 1006 Standard for Technical Rescue Personnel Professional Qualifications - Chapter 23.  Size-up, safety concerns, protective equipment, decontamination concerns, and strategy and tactics are among the topics to be discussed.  This program consists of two classroom or virtual sessions.
