DESCRIPTION: Today’s fire service is finding more and more young firefighters with little experience riding the front seat and being in charge of crews.  Many times we find a firefighter who has recently graduated the academy sitting up front because there is no one else to take that role.  This course will go over topics that should prepare those members for when they find themselves in that position and they can become confident leaders of their crew.
