OUT OF COUNTY COSTS: $360.00 MUST BE 18 Years of age or over to attend Prerequisite: Swiftwater Rescue Operations, or proof of equivalent qualifications acceptable to the lead instructor. YOU MUST ATTEND THE ENTIRE SATURDAY CLASS UNTIL LATE EVENING. IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND IT, YOU MUST WITHDRAW FROM THE ENTIRE CLASS!!! Description: This 16 hour course will build upon the knowledge and skills obtained in the Operations Level program. Students will learn advanced procedures for line systems and boat-based rescue operations. Students will also learn procedures for managing rescue operations and conducting search operations. This course will help agencies obtain “Technician Level” training for their personnel as per NFPA 1670, and Level II training for the individual rescuer as per NFPA 1006. Required PPE: Swiftwater Rescue PPE, dry suit, helmet, gloves, boots, Personal Floatation Device, Personal Throw Rope, 2-Lights, Eye Protection. BRING LUNCH AND DINNER
